To Nepal With Bible (With Bible Team)
As a team devoted to shining the light of Christ through the sharing and proclamation of God’s Word, the With Bible team was prayerfully led by the Lord on a 10-day outreach to Nepal.
Even before our departure, we were amazed to discover that several other ministries at UofN Jeju had also received God’s heart for Nepal. We also learned that the OMT (Oral Mother Tongue) movement is actively growing there. Despite the country’s strict anti-conversion laws and the vast diversity of its languages and people groups, it was clear to us: God is already at work to make His name known in this nation.
During this outreach, we pursued three main goals:
- to distribute Bibles,
- to build relationships with local missionaries and fellow YWAMers,
- and to scout the land in preparation for future DTS teams.
As we traveled through Nepal, taking in the stunning beauty of its landscapes, our hearts were filled with a longing: that God would be known in this land as the Almighty Creator, the One who alone is worthy of all worship and glory.
